Bella Venable 

This is a comic/graphic novella that tells the story of the woman in my family going back five generations. It deals with themes of grief, intergenerational trauma, cultural belonging, and is based around my families Native American Heritage (Choctaw/Haida). The story is told through prose and is illustrated using monoprinting.
